Now we are far from being experts on the matter of Fundraising, although Alice seems to be one woman money machine. But perhaps you have an idea to organise a sponsored walk/hop/swim/ride/kite flying/cake making etc. event - You get the idea anything you fancy that you can get family and friends to give you money to do!
